Return Policy

We hope that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you do wish to return any products, you can find our Returns Policy below.  If you would like to return any items from your order, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt. As long as the goods are unused, in new condition and returned in or along with their original packaging, we will happily refund you via your original payment method.

 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Damaged or Missing Item(s)

If you receive an item that arrives damaged or missing parts, please send an email to support@teddyys.com describing the damage and include photos of the product box it arrived in if the box is crushed or dented. We will respond within 48 hours (business days) and tell you whether we are sending a replacement, offering a refund.

 

Return Conditions

All order issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Unless the product description says otherwise you can return any item purchased through teddyys within 30 days of delivery. After your return request is approved, you retrieve the email from the customer service representative, which will tell you our return address.

 

Items returned are fully refundable as long as the items are returned in the condition they were delivered in. Depending on the condition that the item is received. teddyys reserves the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

 

Exchange Conditions

Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available. Shipping Costs

We are unable to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your package, which means you should pay for the return shipping and it is the responsibility of you to make the return shipping safe and sound back to us. Also, The original shipping cost will be deducted.

 

Refund Procedure

Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.
